I use the advanced search feature to find stuff on TG.
You have to choose a keyword (text) you know was posted.
For myself, if I want to remember a post I deliberately place a word I'll remember in my text.
Later I can search for that word.
Below is a search for Katherine Butler and the three results found in the image below that.

Thank you for posting this. I don't think I ever noticed the "Advanced Search" option feature.
It's funny how I use a website for years and fail to notice things like that, instead I just use only a very few options, never realizing how much more is available.

It's quite flexible and with a bit of experimenting you'll be able to search by many criteria.
