Hi John,

Another welcome from the UK. Your experience is pretty familiar to many of us here. I'm sure you'll get a lot out of the TARGET program and the forum.

A lot of us also have the attention disorder you describe. Unfortunately, the huge volume of material on this site can compound that, if you're not careful. One solution: only have one guitar and choose a song with a peculiar non-standard tuning. Your inner slug then counterbalances your inner butterfly.
