I recently joined TG about 3 weeks ago and am having a lot of fun playing my guitar. Music has always been a part of my life. I played the piano accordion as a child for 6 years and also learned music theory during that time. I have been playing a baby grand piano for the past 3 years and decided to get serious about playing the guitar this year. I recently bought a "mint" Martin cutaway acoustic electric guitar and the sound is so sweet that I just can't put it down.
My fingertips are definitely "hacked"; I don't care though. I have a wide range of musical tastes ( flamenco, traditional Mexican, classical, jazz, rock, blues, soul, movie themes). Thank you to Neil and his staff for creating this quality website and making it accessible at such a great price! Still working on a picture for my post but hope to get one soon.

Doc- Big Welcome from the People's Republic of Oregon! We're glad to have you with us! You'll fit right in here!

What part of the world are you in or did I miss that? Thanks for the great intro!

I hope you enjoy all the great stuff here on the site and let us know if you ever need any help. Lots of helpers; occasionally useful!

Happy playin' and cheers! :cheer:

p.s. I made the wild assumption that "Doc" was appropriate. If not, I apologize!!
