Tommy,
As Marc said, the TG team is out on the left coast and they'd just be getting to work. I'm sure they'll get things running for you. I've only had had a problem with the site once. It appeared to be an SQL login error and it was resolved within an hour or so. Welcome again and good luck,
Tom

Tommy,
The site should be live 24 hours a day. First thing to check is that you are logged in properly. If you've clicked the black 'Member Login' tab at the top of the home page, then entered your user name and password, you should see a message that you will directed to a protected area. At that point you should have access to entire site and all the lessons are under the Master Menu. While you're logged in the site also displays a logout link at the top of each page. If you don't see that then you may not be logged in correctly. You can use the chat room and the message board without logging in as a TARGET member. Good luck,
Tom

Tommy,
I pm'd TGMatt about your problem. He's the best guy to take this up with. I think he's logged in currently so I'm sure he'll do his best to help you out.

Hi Tommy,

I have no doubt that they're working on your issues as I type and you'll be up & running asap.
I'm sure you can imagine that it's probably the wild west when it comes to members' different machines, operating systems, programs etc.

You'll have access to more videos and lessons than you know what to do with very soon.

Cheers!
