Introduce your name and location here

Hi Alex here Albuquerque NM

Tell us a little about your story, you can tell us your age if your game but not necessary (or age bracket, we have a truly diverse group ), when did you take up guitar? How long have you been playing? What led you to look for lessons or help, how you ended up here?

I have been playing for years although I really just doodle, I like scale and try to learn a song or two but it never sounds right. I had a bad day at work many years ago and needed to get away so I found a soft place in my guitar and never put it down after that

What Kind of Guitar do you play, do you have any others in your stable? Do you lust after anything else specifically (all of us here have the 'disease' it seems)

Ibanez artcore and fender have a little martin too good for camping

What is your favourite music to play? to listen too? what kind of playing styles would you like to learn or already know?

anything easy that I might have a chance of playing, really like picking but get tangled once in awhile

If there was one goal you could accomplish in your learning journey what would that be? or maybe you have many?

To let other people know you don't have to be a rock star to truely enjoy playing it is great for all

If you would like to share your work a little, job, business, whatever you want to say

I work for a truck dealership in service working with customers and mechanics

Anything else you would like to share ?, family, hobbies outside of Guitar you will meet everyone from golfers to Gourmet Chef's to car nuts, and sports folk.. and everyone imbetween: whatever else you may want to add

I design and build wind tunnels in my spare time for testing and for rocket dynamics. I am hoping to branch out to rocket engines using my own designs - I fab all my tooling and machines. I ride a buell S2 hit the track and I am restoring a 86 BMW 325e
