Hi there my name is Ben Im 21 years old, living in Michigan. Ive messed around on guitar for years on and off but a little over a year ago I got an acoustic for my birthday and Ive been practicing regularly (5 hours yesterday!) ever since then. Im half-competent on bass, drums, and trumpet as well. Im into african drumming and hand percussion also. Cheers!

You sound like a musically talented man. Well you've absolutely come to the right place if you want to develop your guitar skills further. Neil is a teaching genius. The best way to get a kick start around here is to jump in boots and all; participate in the forum, post yourself playing, basically join in. There is so much material to help with learning and the folks in the community are a font of experience and information.

If you haven't joined the TARGET program think about that too.

Hi Ben, This site has got so much to offer; as Michele has said best way is to jump in boots and all, have a good look round at the free stuff heaps to keep you going but the nectar is the TARGET programme more than enough to develop anyone's guitar playing.
