Hello kirbster from southeast Michigan! That is a pretty short introduction, perhaps you could give us a little of your background and interest in playing guitar. Good group of folks here - and at least one other member from Iowa.

Hello Kirbster

Welcome from a neighbor to the South--Oklahoma.

My wife and I vacationed for about fifteen days in your state this past summer. People said, "You went to Iowa??"

We had a great time and saw some wonderful things. No giant redwoods, but plenty of museums and places of interest. Pella ranks up there as a favorite with the Dutch windmill. We loved Amish country and the colonies. (Dang! That town's name escapes me!)

Anyway, welcome and tell us about yourself.

Sam

Welcome from Texas, and Happy New Year. Are you in I-O-wah or I-O-way? My son spent three years there, in Hawkeyes country, earning his MFA. Visited a few times and enjoyed it a lot. It WAS in the spring though, each time.
