That's the state I'm in trying to pay for lessons on TG.com

I have already received user code and pw to the site.

However, every time I attempt to pay for lesson I get the error message
You have not verified your e-mail address, so login is not
allowed. Please check your mailbox for e-mail verification message and
click link to be verified. If you have not receive verification message,
please click this link and we will resend you verification message.

Clicking the link does nothing, no verification email ever gets sent to me and technical support does not reply to my many emails. Surely I'm doing some brain dead thing.

Would someone kindly give any assistance? TIA

Thanks but I have already checked spam/junk mailboxes.

I have received other emails from TG.com so I know they are not being redirected to spam.

I am logged in with provided userID and PW. still getting the same error message I select "Proceed to Secure Checkout"

Okay,,its Friday and they still work so try support and send a ticket,,they helped me ones via email and that worked super,,
