I just want to let you know about a couple of Christmas-related items. Doug Youngrecently finished a guitar book of Christmas tunes, 21 arrangements for solo fingerstyle guitar all in DADGAD tuning, titled "A DADGAD Christmas". The book comes with a CD of all the tunes, and you can also just download the CD free at his web site.

I purchased this DADGAD Christmas book last week, it arrived on Saturday and I am anxious to start learning these songs in the DADGAD tuning! I have listened to the CD already and find this tuning to be very soothing, full and lush.

I highly recommend this book and CD to everyone!!!

I bought this book from Doug at the IGC and it is terrific! This tuning is very nice on the ears. The ringing chords are something special.
