I have a fairly old Macbook Pro that is using Mountain Lion for the OS. When I pause a video lesson and then close my laptop (sleep mode) and then open it back up to get into the lesson, the video is frozen and I have to get back out and go back in again. Also, if I just pause a lesson video and wait a minute or more, then when I start it back up sometimes I have no audio and have to close out of the site and come back in again.
Is anybody having similar issues? I am assuming it is because I don't have a newer computer with the latest ios, but I didn't know if this was more Apple specific or if even Windows users were experiencing the same thing.
