Hi Gang,

So sorry for the extended disappearance. One more week and the universe should start balancing for me. A short video from Sunday, Feb. 19-

Aloha,

Neil

By the old gods and the new (obligatory Game of Thrones reference) I only hope that some day I can play like that and call it "rusty."

Thanks for the update, Neil, and I am so looking forward to meeting you in August. Now, where do you get those shirts?

On a personal ailment front: I feel your pain wrt to bronchitis. I've been battling it for too long and, as you say, the chief remedy is "man up and gut it out." Antibiotics don't help, and it plays hob with trivialities like breathing (forget singing). So glad you're at the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. My poor, long-suffering son inherited reactive airway disease from me and I thank him for not seeking me out for vengeance.

So...you gonna sing for us some day? ;)

Neil,
Glad to see that you are on the mend. The universe has been out of balance without your presence here. Have a great week, and we all look forward to your return!

Hi Neil,

Sorry to hear you've been so sick. It's good to hear you're on the mend.

I really enjoyed hearing you play, it returns my universe to something closer to normal. :) year of the Cat was very cool as were the others which.... I can't remember and probably don't know the names for.

Enjoy your trip. Say hi to Nani for me.

Take care.

L

Watching Neil's Fields of Gold lessons right now, and guess what Part 7 features? Yep, he does a full sing-along. Hey, not bad at all! :side:

Great to see you back and looking good Neil, sounds like a great idea to get some Hawaiian healing :)

Mark, yeah Neil will be right along singing Tom Petty and Elvis right after he gets back from Hawaii!

Shel, you're so sharp, I had to go back to listen to realise Neil was playing Year of the Cat.... and I was only playing it this afternoon! Dang!
