Hi Gang,
Funny that a post about site upgrades should resurface today. We have partnered with my old friend Richard Hoover and the Santa Cruz Guitar Company to give away some sets of their brand new parabolic tension guitar strings to people who help us out by taking a short survey. We'd love your help getting the wheels turning on the upcoming changes and and your feedback will be invaluable in helping us develop the best possible experience for you.
The survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time, and by completing the survey, you'll be in with a chance to win 1 of the 50 sets of Santa Cruz strings we're giving away.
Take me to the Survey
Neil

Hehe! Excellent point.
I just went with the one I use most. ... at the moment ... or ... when I last played anyway.

A guitar??? Really? And no multi-select allowed? I guess this survey wasn't designed for those of us with GAS!!! :S

Yeah, I got a kick out of that, too. I tried to multi-select but no joy. The "Other" selection probably gave an opportunity for making a list but I didn't think to try it until I'd already sent the survey. :side:"If you have a guitar, what type do you have?"

I bought a few sets of the low tension when I visited the Santa Cruz factory around IGC2017. I don't know if they improve my sound but I like the feel of them. BTW, the factory tour was fantastic. The location is not in a very nice part of town and the premises are quite unassuming. But the tour is just awesome and Richard does it himself with an amazing amount of enthusiasm for someone who has been doing it for all these years, and its free.
