Hey Everyone,

As we mentioned earlier, we’re rolling out a new video player for Totally Guitars at the moment that will replace the
current flash experience that can be problematic for some members! This work is due to be completed this week.

Our new player provides a fast, easy user experience for members on all types of devices - however there is a limitation,
as it does not currently work on some lesser-used browsers.

If you are using a desktop computer to view lessons, and currently use Safari, Edge or IE, you will need to change to
Chrome or Firefox for the best experience with our video player. If you are viewing on an iPhone, iPad or android device
- you should be fine if you use the default browser.

From our data on browser use, 90% of our members should have a seamless experience with the browsers they most
commonly use for TG, so for the minority who do experience the need to change browser - we do apologize for any
inconvenience and will continue further development to ensure the player works on every browser in future.

Will Internet Explorer not work at all with this new player?

Unfortunately not, we are looking into another solution that will cover all browsers in the future. For the time being Firefox and Chrome will be the most streamlined experience.
