Hey Folks,

I am thrilled (and relieved!) to say that all is back to normal with the lessons. Very sorry for the issues and it is still unclear to me what happened, maybe more info on that later.

Be great to know what really happened. Being down 5 days and blaming it on a third party is really amateur. Time to practice recovery. IMHO.

It looks like it was a combination of factors, including some miscommunication among parties. I will try to get a complete explanation soon.
