I was bound and determined to play guitar and I had (still have) an Esteban A/E. Nice guitar but even after having it setup by a pro, its still hard to play. I had been banging away on it for about 2 years when I was gifted with a Lawsuit Takamine. What an incredible difference. I love the sound of the Esteban, but the Takamine is so much easier to play. Now I love playing and I hardly ever put it down.

The difference between a cheap guitar and a quality one is its playability. Thats what you are paying for. It can be had for under $200, but you have to look around a bit.

Ok I salute you for surviving the Esteban. In light of that if would like a laugh take a look at this:

The basic premise is this.
A group on a guitar forum pitched in a small amount of money and bought a estabon guitar.
Then they sent it to each member and they made a video. These are the videos. They are hilarious.
