Dangling Conversation--Help with Ending

I would like more help with the ending (after bar 25) in "Dangling Conversation." I am a very "visual" person and I rely on tabs. I realize there is the bass indicated, but the chords aren't named on the tab sheet, and I'm just not very good at improvising yet.

I have not work on the lesson but looking quickly at the tablature, the bass notes seems to be missing on bar 25 and to the end. I watch the slow it down video and Neil plays some bass notes. But he also mentioned that some notes where missing in the tablature so I am not sure if he refers to that section.

I believe those are the bass notes, but there is no chord indicated above the line, he mentioned (I think)an E minor for the first measure, but I'm not sure after that.

I see this song in the Package, but not on the All Lessons list. What am I missing?
