And you figured out a workaround for that stretch I was complaining about in mine.. I'll be rewinding yours quite a few times to see what you did.

Al, I've been playing this song on and off for ages and always played it fingerstyle.
I never really got it to the stage where it was memorised so it tended to get forgotten.

When Neil posted the melody part, I had another go at it.

What I played was a mixture of what Neil posted and what I originally played.

I've always played it without the long F. I decided not to include it here as I really like the slide up to the note at that point.
I'm playing just the F at the 4th string 3rd fret and and 5th fret on the high e string. Much easier if you are playing fingerstyle rather than strumming.

Jay - Neil has posted how to play that lead part - it's in the same tab as the melody part.

Very well played Mark, I like the smooth tempo and mild string hitting sound. It is is by far my favorite song from the Rolling Stones. One of these days...
