Okay, I defy anyone to come up with a song that has fewer than the two chords I've got in this one. This song -- Shakin' All Over -- is from 1960, a fairly hard rock pre-British Invasion tune from the band Johnny Kidd and the Pirates. If you (non-Brits) know the song at all, it's because bands like the Guess Who and The Who covered it, The Who even performing it at Woodstock.

As usual, I've stripped everything out of the song but the simplest elements and did it in one take, although I had to warm up my voice first in order to sing this high.

PLEASE NOTE: If video was recently uploaded it will not work yet. YouTube will need a little more time to get the video ready. Please check back again soon.

Dennis, Another great addition. Two chords? Em Am? And is that gold-top an Epiphone or Les Paul? I couldn't read the headstock.

Den,

You are SO cool!! I love the way you go for it. I love the way you bring energy, guts, flair and expressive gritty vocals to your performances. I love the way you do numbers that have great riffs and interesting stuff in them that you can drive. I love the way you find the important elements, the way you strip it down to its raw, sexy truth. I love the way you have fun with your videos, I can see the big kid in you coming out to play. I love the way you pull a video together that's not boring, that shows us a side of you and is fun to watch in one take, crap or not. :)

Watching this is a great way to start my day.

Love ya mate.

Shel
