Thats how far it is from the Quaker Center to my new house in Missouri. I left Feldon California at 8:30 am Monday, and got home at 2:pm Thursday. Needless to say I had a lot of time to ponder what I've learned, and what I want to learn. I listened to Neils "El Dorado" cd 8 times. Mainly to listen closely to two of the songs I have already started to work on, and one that I'm going to start on now.

I have had a minute each night to check into the site every night when I found a room to sleep in. I really hope those of you who couldn't attend this year, find a way to go in the future. What a blast we had.

Thanks Vanessa for getting me out of my shell and all of your helpful tips. I'll get the fingering of that D with F# in the bass before you know it.

Aaaah great to hear you're home!!! And gosh, how much fun we had! It was SO nice to spend time together (at camp, but also the days before), hang out, play the guitar and so on. The fingering of D/F#, piece of cake for you! ;)

See you around Scott and I count on you for next year! :cheer:

2568.7 Miles.... sounds like a song title to me Scott! I hear you had some instruction from the master songwriter himself... no hurry, any time will do ;-).

Only two times Wiley, so you are still on a par with Al in his weaker moments!
And stop making me count words before I have had coffee! ;-)

Scott,

Thanks for the ride and memories, happy to hear you are at your new place safe and sound.

Crap - I used 'and' in one sentence three times - have to work on that!
