Hi Everyone,
Today's Target and Pay Per Lesson release is now live.
As you may know, we recently did a lesson on The Monkees’ version of John Stewart’s tune Daydream Believer.
This was a classic begging for a solo version and I just had to get to it. As with a few other recent lessons, this took the path of breaking out the components and walking through the construction of your own arrangement. It is done in Dropped D Tuning, even though the song is played in G, and there is a good explanation offered in the lesson as to of the advantages of this.
Enjoy this level 5 lesson!

(don't forget zombies Walt. Gotta have zombies in there as well)Once I have this down, I'm going to make a video of myself playing it, then put the vid aside for about three years, whereupon I will compare it to how I'm playing it at that point. I bet it will be pretty different. Maybe I'll post both versions here in 2017, if we haven't been flooded out, nuked, or taken over by aliens before then.
