Hi Gang,
The Quaker Center has a great list of suggested things to bring, and not bring. Download it here:
http://www.quakercenter.org/wp-content/ ... CENTER.pdf
(I have added a modified copy below)
A few things that I want to add are:
A commuter coffee cup
ear plugs (which are also available at the QC)
Guitar Supplies:
portable music stand
guitar stand
extra strings
capo
We will have a couple projectors that can be connected to iPads with cables we have or via Apple TV.
Other tablets might need a cable to convert to VGA inputs on the projectors.
I'm sure other things will occur to me daily but that's today's list.
Feel free to add anything else anybody might suggest.
Neil

Three items that will be in 'my bag' to share;
1) The sampling of picks I promised Sandy. From the norm to thick rock.
2) Several types of capos - not a bunch, but a few different ones.
3) I am bringing a pedal board I recently put together. Four pedals - two of which are 'iStomp' programmable, IOW - they can be programed to several different types of pedals. I think there are 41 'virtual pedals' now available, some are more geared for electric, like overdrives and distort but many can be used for acoustic, like chorus and delay, etc. There are two of these on board, and while either or both can be used together or separate or not at all, they will only 'program' to one 'sound' at a time. Like - Pedal A = Delay, Pedal B = Chorus. They physically link (by cable) to an iPad, iPhone, iPod with the app on it. You use the iOS device to download and then upload the different pedals, disconnect the iOS, if wanted, and go to town. My iPad will be there and loaded.
Third in line is something several have been asking about, a 'ditto' pedal - a simple but complex looper.
Fourth and last in line, will be a 'BBE Sonic Stomp' - the pedal version of BBE's Sonic Maximizer. For a simple explanation it sort of 'cleans' the sound up, brings out the individual notes a bit better.
I want to make these available to everyone to try out, last link in the pedal line will be a 'headphone amp' of sorts so the effects will not have to be running through the PA whilst doing so.
Toothbrush and soap?? WHAT DO WE NEED THOSE FOR?? Who is gonna have time to take care of that stuff..........

I believe I rented the bed linens last year.
Is that a possibility this year?
Thanks,
Lynn
