Go to tools / then addons..

Deintstall any thing...they are all crap

One addon in particular gives known problesm when playing videos and thats the Real Player downloader, definitely get rid of that if you have it.

There's not an option to delete them, just to add them. Don't I need some particular program or something to make these play as they should? This is frustrating.

(a) what plugins do you have installed ??

(b) if you go to the plugin tab you should be able to one click them and it will highlight an option to disable or de-install..

(c) you can always delete firefox and start again, re-intsall make sure during install that you say no to yahoo toolbar plugin and any extra crap they try and raminto you..

(d) anything else and your going to have to support a ticket to support (you can tell I hate this shit too), included your pc type, operating system, ram size, video card, and version of browser..

Big Jim or Mike or someone in the dungeon may be able to help you...

I got it all sorted. i didn't even know I could set it as my homepage! I'll do just that - thanks for all your help on this one bud!!
