... can't say I'm much a fan... he was just a little before my time, I guess. You either feel it or you don't... give me Dan Fogelberg, Justin Hayward, Don McClean, or Jim Croce any day...So not feeling Sam Cooke???

Well this is a great addition to this thread. Your simple strumming accompaniment was a grat backdrop to your heartfelt singing. I really love your voice on this song you've got a perfect voice for cowboy songs. I was imagining you sitting around a campfire watching over your herd, keeping them calm with your rich, steady, mellow voice. You should sing more often.
