It is a custom built Acoustic guitar it was built by Ed Claxton, Santa Cruz CA.
The Claxton is a WONDERFUL instrument. I had a Louden guitar. When Neil had the Guitar Gallery, one day he said "do you want to play a good guitar?"
I played the Claxton and bought that day. Beware, the price is not for the faint-of-heart

No fret markers...the cheesey but workable solution.
Fretlord GlowDotz Glow In the Dark Fret Marker
Yea my first guitar back in 1976/77 had fret markers. My second did not.
This put me in a world of hurt starting back up. But this product worked
great. Yea I could careless about the glow in the dark quality.
They sent a little light I used for a cat toy. But the markers where just stickers
you put on carefully. Your not modifying anything in any great way. But you get
markers out of it. Worked for me.
No Neil take your head out of your hands...I am not suggesting you put anything on your beautiful guitar. Just a suggestion for those like me who want that on there own guitar.

Everywhere I look I see "call for price." That usually means a lot of $$! I'm guessing they start around $5000 and go up.
