Hey Folks,
As I was revisiting Jim Croce songs this week another of my favorite songwriters of the 70s came back up. hI figured it was time to more Harry Chapin songs to the TG Library so now we have Flowers Are Red.
Flowers Are Red was one of the most popular songs on Harry Chapin's 1978 album Living Room Suite. Like many of his songs, it includes a catchy melodic riff as an intro, which then flows into a couple basic progressions as it goes into the subject of conforming, or marching to a different drummer.
The lesson goes over both the way it was done on the studio album as well as looking at how Harry modified it for live performances.
