Hi Neil, At 36 seconds into the play through you do a nice run but I can't quite make out what chord you are playing it over, can you advise please.

regards

Chas

It is just descending bass notes leading to the C chord. It starts on the 3rd beat of the measure and is F-E-D all on the D string and 2 beats apart. I played the G chord using my 2nd finger on the low G so I could keep that down through the run.

Sounds like a G and he's picking out 3rd string open
followed by 4th fretted at 3, then 2, then open
to get that run. But I can't see which finger he is fretting at 3... must be little pinky! First finger is fretting at 2.
Agree?

Oh, Neil responded same time.... you can choose which is right!

See... That's a great example of why we need you to be sure and tell us what's going on Neil. I was looking at your fingers on the video and found a chord that matched what I could see. Yet, I was not correct! You were playing notes, not chords! Thanks for the clarification.
