Is the sheet music part of the target lessons ?

Is the sheet music part of the target lessons ? or do I need to download myself from other sources ?

Look under the window with the video lesson. There's usually a box labeled 'attachments' that go with the lesson. They usually include sheet music, GuitarPro scores and/or some text about the piece of music.

Tom's right. There is almost always some form of tab, chart or guitar pro files with each song and are critical to the lesson. I don't recommend trying to use tab from other sites when learning Neil's lessons. In my experience, Neil's lessons are carefully crafted to teach something specific. He adjusts the difficulty level accordingly and you won't get that from a on-line tab site.
