Just a quick side note here. Did you know that Brian May also has a Phd. in Astrophysics?

Yes! He received his PhD in 2007 and is a visiting researcher at his alumni. Not too shabby (beats a dope fiend - hello 60's and 70's). Although I like a few Queen songs, I was never a huge fan. That being said, I have to respect a dude that can get a PhD in Astrophysics. That is no small accomplishment. Musically, have to admit to the talent, but just don't care for the whole body of work.Just a quick side note here. Did you know that Brian May also has a Phd. in Astrophysics?

I notice that there are some good groups being listed here. How many of these are because you do not like the style of music they play? Those should not count as that is very subjective due to personal preference. If on the other hand you like that style of music but still do not like the band, then that would count.
For example, I love 60s, 70s rock but I think the Doors should have every record broken and burn the pieces. But I am not a fan of opera so I can not put Pavoratti on the list. Get it?

Nothing subjective about it Andy, the thread is "...LEAST favorite bands". It doesn't matter if it's Steven Tyler's lips, Freddy Mercury's swish, or Whitesnake's feeble attempt at being musicians, if you don't like 'em then they are not one of your favorites.
'Least Talented' would be another thread. 'The reasons I don't like Country music' would be another (very long) thread.
