Ed, just basic strumming with the metronome is the easiest way to get accustomed to it. You might also want to review some of Neil's strumming lesson in GUITAR 101. You can find that on the MASTER MENU.

For the non-TARGET members, Neil has an excellent lesson on strumming under "Free Tips and Techniques".
