To answer some questions:
Anything other than black or white would be good.
Yes we want to see you play, not just hear you. I think some paperback books are in order to hold up that camera.
Anyway you want to play it. If I get multiple entries that are the same, I may stick 'em together in chorus fashion. If not, I'll splice them so they don't contrast, or maybe overlap them so they do depending on how they sound. Don't worry too much about it, I'll make it work.
I hope willem is correct, I tried to match the NY version. Second time through the harmonica break only plays the Em7 / D / Em section one time before going into the second verse.
And last but not least, my name is Nick. B)
A long distance collaboration

Suzzy, try bas-bas-down-up(and on that up you jump to the next chord)WRT Wrench's question, I was just trying to play a very regular, steady rhythm- down pause down down up throughout most of the song. I figured that the more experienced guitarists could play something fancier (like Wandoctor's version) and Wandoctor could mix that in. But I don't know how that'll actually sound....

Ok, another (probably dumb) question:
I've been playing along with Nick's (ahh, so much easier to type!) excellent video to make sure I get the tempo right. When I go to record my own version, how do I make sure i get the tempo right, but not have the sound of Nick's in the background? Headphones? But then how do I hear my own playing? What are you guys planning to do about this?
