Matt, many thanks for the encouragement. You are right, folks are so gung-ho for this, it's up and running within 24 hours. We have to thank Tony for starting to roll the snow ball down hill ( that analogy may not fit the Aussie mind set but for us folks locked in a very snowy winter at the moment, its spot on!).

Tempo 70 - 72 seems fine to me... not slower.

I just realised I stuffed up in the second video. I thought I was playing in the same key as the first video but, of course, I was playing another half step down. So I was effectively in F. The original is in G and my first demo was in F# (guitar tuned down a half step playing in G). F is better for the voice and for the richer sound we can get by putting a capo on 1 and using the following chords: E D A F#m B Bm. Easy to play too. No one mentioned the mistake... so either you were not paying attention or know less about theory than I do. And that is not a lot! Please excuse. Anyway, I think we are a step further.

Yeah, almost 4 am now. I've got some projects and teachings I'm working to get completed as soon as I can. Then I'll be able to take a few days off and practice this song.

But, it IS late and I'm tired. Probably why I missed the vid. I've been pushing it for the last week or so.

Between the downtuning, transpositions and capo, I did get a bit confused there. But I think you are saying we should play "as though" in the key of E, but with a capo on the first fret to sound in F.

If that's what you meant, it's what I'd first understood and it sounds good to me.
