Thanks for the positive comments. My next step is to learn how to record video & audio on an Imac. After that I will give it a go..

I called Apple support and they indicated I should try Photo Booth which comes on the Imac. I have an interface that allows me to plug my acoustic guitar directly into Garageband for the sound. So when I get up the nerve to record myself I'll take a shot at it. Thanks for the reply.
