"Never My Love" was released by The Association in 1967 on their "Inside Out" album. I love the chord changes and harmonies on this song. I used a harmonizer to give this live, solo performance a little more depth. Hope you like it.

Hi John, this is so smooooth ... I just put up the volume and smiled.
Just to be a pest, it would be even better if both your hands were visible.
Quite glad to see this.

Thanks Pierre. Yeah, sorry about that... this was recorded using the Youtube Flash recorder and the built-in web cam on a laptop. When I set things up, both hands were visible in the preview but for some reason the whole video got cropped (even my head!). Thought it would be good for quick-n-dirty videos but I won't use that method again. Also, the audio was not in sync with the video initially... had to download the whole thing and re-sync it using iMovie (what a pain) and then upload again! Then I accidentally uploaded the out-of-sync version to tgstudentbusking... had to edit the original post to point to the fixed version in my Youtube channel. I promise I'll do better next time!

Really liked the song and your playing- SOLID!
The fingerpicking in the beginning reminded me of the "More Than Words" pattern.

Hey John nice to see you again. Man, beautiful song. Never heard it before but really enjoyed your rendition, smooth and clean. '
I love this busking category. A great opportunity for people to put up some songs from outside of the program for the sheer enjoyment of it.
Great job John.
