iPad lessons
My lessons on my iPad are not working AGAIN!! I can't submit a ticket for each one because it will take up so much of my time because I can't access any!! So upsetting. A few months ago, all was working well. My guitar went in for repairs and 2 weeks later now, I can't get any lessons. Screen is black. What happened in the last 2 weeks?

Contact support they will help you quickly. Maybe something to do with the site redesign but on technical issues, us other members can't be much help.

I have asked service and my Tech manger to respond to you, I am aware that every Ipad lesson is being optimized the last 24 hours or so, as I mentioned late last week, this was due to start today and take up to a couple of days..sorry it is impacting you at present, but the idea is that every lesson on the site will be Ipad friendly at the end of this process and the pages themselves will be more optimized.

We discovered an issue with the company we use to transfer our video to iPad format yesterday. They are working on a fix now and when they figure it out all the lessons will be fixed fairly quickly in a huge batch job. Sorry about the inconvenience. It shouldn't be too much longer.

Take It Easy is not working on the iPad as of yet. Is there a list of songs that are confirmed to work that I could pick from without pestering you folks about this when you're aware and working on a resolution?

A quick update. While we have in our possession the fixed files to put up on the site we are now faced with the task of moving the files across to specific locations on the server which is very time intensive. You will start to see some improvement on Friday with the number of lessons working. We will do a new update then when a good number of the lessons are updated.
In the meantime could you please test this one that is updated for me and let me know how it is:
