Al that was suberb coming along very nicely. If you are going to aspire then you need the best rendition yet - Ritchie doing a bit of improvising at the start. I think you might have difficulty with the pinch harmonics on your Martin on the solo though.

Great job Al! I really like how that's developing. This could develop into a nice multi tracker for you... and I'd like to hear that!
Great to have you back in the boat!

Al,

Looking good! Looking good!! I too was waiting for the first line to come out. I think you'll sing this song great when you get around to it. The hybrid picking sounded sweet. Bend those strings a bit more and your there. Can't wait to hear the finished product as I'm sure there will be a few tracks that you'll put together on the micro BR. Thanks for giving us glimps.

It seems you have this pretty well under control Al. I think it sounds great. I also thought you took a very inventive approach to picking the intro, I couldn’t quite figure out how you were doing it since I wasn’t seeing the pick moving much the first time I watched and before you explained it. I’m really looking forward to you adding the vocals when you’re ready. I know it will be sweet ... Thanks for sharing

Interesting clip Chas. Thanks for adding it …
Aside from the Mr. Sambora’s excellent extended intro my first thought was good god I’m glad I’m not the tech who has to re-string that guitar :-)

Hey Al,
Nice to see you. I'm not good enough to offer advice, however, I liked it a lot. I thought it sounded great. I'm impressed that you can use your pick and fingerpick at the same time. I have enough trouble with both individually!
Keep up the great work!
Craig

Really, really terrific, Al. It's easy to see that there's a ton of work put into that song. You should be proud of yourself.
