Craig: Haha, gosh you're so sweet!!! Thanks so much! :)

Tom: Haha  , laughing again, no swearing indeed and stíll very capable of making your point! Só very great to hear, thanks Tom, really appreciate it!

Cori: Thanks for the reassuring my friend, that's so thoughtful and sweet. Alright, no mindreader :S , END OF STORY!

Dennis: Thanks Den, you're right of course......but.....sigh...in any way, I would absolutely lóve to see your take on it.....Thén I will feel better, only thén, please???

Michele: Ooooooooh Shel, I could fill up a page of telling you how sweet you are, haha!   You and Cori, haha, I so believe that a campaign from you two could be really effective, you've proven it before, that's very true! Thanks so much sweetie, smiling, smiling, smiling! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) ;)

Pierre: You're so right Pierre, hammer on's can add so much, it's really fun to use them. In this one, I did it because The Eagles obviously do too (and more) and it sounds very cool! Very glad you enjoyed it, thanks!! :)

Bob: :) :cheer: :) :cheer: Thanks so much Bob, that's really great to hear!! (I agree very much, Den should go for it, can you hear the cheering: DENNIS DENNIS DENNIS DENNIS DENNIS! :P )

Chris: Thanks Chris! Well five voices, four most of the song, here and there five (two octaves on top of the leadvocals). One I sang live. During the section wich is just one voice, I indeed sang over my own, wich I did on the recording it self as well (muted one for this vid of course), it sounds stronger and I believe that the Eagles sing it with two voices as well for likely the same reason. I've seen footage of them singing this before going up on stage to warm up, very cool!!! B)

Stuart: Haha! Oops, you caught me afterall , I thought I hid it so well :S , but you're right, I do have a crystal ball and knew that Dennis was ahead of me with this one, thankfully I had some time this weekend and took my chance before he would! :P ;) Very glad you liked the playing and singing, thanks a lot!!! :)

Thanks Willem!!!

Yes, I am kinda proud of this one, but I think I meant a recording of Comfortably Numb, my favourite song of all time.

Great to hear you've enjoyed it! Yeah it was in the closet, Jason's upload made me play those Eagles-songs again and so I remembered this one. The great thing about TG is the opportunity to share, wich I obviously did! ;)

Thanks again Willem! :)

Daryl-Thank for bring up the video and the kind words.

Cori-"I'm So lonesome I Could Cry"yep the very first song I learned on guitar.I love to see you play it.Give it a shot. What's an Illinois boy, doing sporting the "Hook'em Horns" ?I was a construction worker for almost 30 yrs.spent some time on the road.Instead of setting in the motel room every night.I would go see collage player. The story is in there.

Nessa-You are a real sweetheart.and yes that gorgeous woman is my wife Lisa.Been with her 28 wonderful years.I call her my GLUE,she keep a very evil man from any more sin,Her staying with me all this time lets me no theirs got to be a GOD.In fact the other weekend she was cleaning out the old food in the house. And she was praying. When I ask her way she said she was ask GOD to forgive her for being wasteful. She amazes me every single day.I only wish I had a 1/4 of her strength.I sure hope little Miss Emma gets to feeling better soon!!!

Stuart-Your a good man sir.Thank you for your kind words.

Ness- WOW!!! That was just great! Loved the harmonies SO much, and even if it's a "simple" song, you sure made it sound anything but. All those hammer-ons sound fabulous. This must have taken a lot of time and effort for you to do. Was this your first time doing all that editing on a video? I don't remember any of your others having various tracks (I apologize if I'm wrong on that). VERY well done on that front, too!

Kevin- Well, aren't you sweet. As soon as I heard your intro, I stopped the video and had Emma come over to listen to it. You should have seen her face light up when she heard that the song was dedicated to her. I think she couldn't believe her ears. Thank you for your concern, too. It was just a cold, thankfully, and she's doing much better. As for your song- I loved it! Another great one for your voice and I ALWAYS love how well you strum. Someday, maybe me too.....

Lastly, just want to again say how much I'm loving EVERYONE'S videos. No one is posting "too much." We're all just having fun!

Kevin,

Who'd think two chords could sound so good.

Nice job.

Hey you!! :)

Well at the time that I recorded all those voices, it indeed took some time and effort, I mean five vocals and two guitars is a lot. But that was some time ago, you can read it in the introduction. So for this vid, I just muted one of the guitars (the steelstring) and one of the harmonies, and did those live instead, then pressed play for the recording, and away we go, haha! :P

So you're right, I've never done any multitracking in one of my videos, it's very unlikely that I will do so again (I actually didn't in this one as well, just pressed play on my digital workstation and my webcam recorded the sound coming out of my speakers).

The hammer on's, yeah that's quite a cool aspect of the guitarplaying (of the original), it makes such a huge difference!

In any way, I am só very glad you liked it!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)
