Well I though it was about time I added something else to this thread. This is not perfect, but the best I can do in front of the camera right now.
This song was one of the suggestions I got (from Ness) when I put up the original questions about simple songs that you all love to play and sing. I recently was inspired again to learn it. Yes, while Tony (who has also posted this song) is off studying hard and practicing like a madman to reach his blues goals, I’m back to just playing and singing for a while.
Daryl - I’m calling this 5 chords. I’m ignoring the slash chords as they really just move the bass around.
It’s a cool song and doesn’t take much to learn. It’s all played with the thumb and the first two fingers and just requires a steady rhythm. Neil has a free lesson on the verses here in the key of D, which is cool.

The version I’m playing is in C, which is a little easier again.
Ahhh... and I seem to be channeling my inner Santa at the end.

Enjoy

Sorry - the placement of the chords against the words has all changed - but, listen to the song and you'll hear where to change.
