Hey folks,

Thanks for your kind comments, they are much appreciated. I first heard this song on a CD that was playing in the background at work and just loved it. The version I heard was
originally performed as a duet by "Lady Antebellum" its a great song, love performing it.

Claire :)

Daryl- I really enjoyed your noodling
(that sounds wrong)
Was a nice progression. Will you be adding to it?

Claire- I don't know if I've commented on your songs yet (or at least for a while)- but I've enjoyed all of yours and Tom's uploads. But I think this one is my favourite so far.

As a side note- I tried to put 'something' in this thread and the uploader mis-filed it to the 'Red Riding Hood' thread.
It's really not worth trying to put it in here. Check it out if you want.. It could be the best 15 second upload I've done yet!

Daryl, that was beautiful, your guitar really sings. This is one those bucket list songs that I'd love to be able to play... One day...

It reminded me of the Sungha Jung version on YouTube which is endlessly listenable.

Love to hear this when it's finished.

Willem - The song is "Whiter Shade of Pale". I guess my playing isn't so good (and I'll never be a showman)! I haven't heard Tommy do it...but if he did it would be fantastic!

Dean - Thank you. Maybe someday I'll finish learning it.....

Great job, Daryl. Bravo!!! Is that the Martin Tallstrom arrangement of "Whiter Shade Of Pale"? I worked on it several years ago, but now you have inspired me to go back and re-visit it again. A while back, Neil played a version of this during his weekly newscast. I got my hopes up, but no lesson yet. :(

Thanks for sharing your video with us.
