A new guitar!

Beautiful guitar. You're a lucky woman Lynn.

There's a law around here you know. It's Vanessa's mandate. If you get a new instrument you MUST upload a video of yourself playing it. You can't just show a guitar (as pretty as it is). We definitely need to hear it.

Ahhh... If you don't like the rule.... Well you'll need to complain to Ness... In Dutch of course (one of the reasons my objections have failed to sway the arbiter )

I will have to make a video tomorrow when I return to Virginia (I'm with my mom in PA, preparing to move her into assisted living down near us).
The set up for recording with my macbook is not too good. At home I can record the guitar using its pickup or a better mic.

Congratulations Lynn,
that's a great guitar and someone else has played it in for you.

The first Taylor I ever played was this model and as Buddy said, it played like butter.

Lynn- Welcome to the Taylor club!! I own that exact model and I LOVE it. I bought it to be my travelling guitar and then decided it was too nice for that so it's my everyday guitar and sits right next to me where I can grab it anytime I get a minute to practice.

I was told at one point that the 314ce is Taylor's most popular model and I can believe it. The size is great and it really sounds sweet.

Congrats on your wonderful new guitar. May only great notes come out of its sound hole! LOL! Well, mostly great notes!!
