Folks.

Pleased to announce after a couple of extra weeks to ensure our planning is right, the first International Guitar Camp.

It will be held in Northern California in the Santa Cruz Mountains the weekend of September 19-22, 2013

Watch the video and see who is coming and teaching.

Here is our official blurb to date.

Guest instructors include singer/songwriter Al Stewart, Windham Hill recording artist and Grammy nominee Alex de Grassi, National Fingerstyle Champion and harp guitarist Muriel Anderson, and a handful of of other talented instructors and experts.

Al Stewart has never been involved in a guitar camp, so this is indeed a special event.

Food, accommodation special guests, and yep a live concert from Al Stewart include an Al Stewart concert at Don Quixote’s in Felton as well as lots of hands on time with Neil Hogan.

For Target members we have decided to give it at our cost, to launch this. Non Target members have two ways of being involved.

Learn More About The International Guitar Camp here. Including a video of the location and more details on its way as we update the site regularly.

Well that does sound interesting to be sure.

I can imagine that Chris will be counting his pennies (ahhhh Euros), with the temptation of one of his guitar heros being dangled in front of him. If you can manage to get the Moodies there too... ;)

I won't make it this year, but I hope everyone who does go has a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to seeing lots of video.

Neil and Matt - I hope it's a great success. Good luck, though I don't imagine you'll need it.

Just to be clear TG members..

Yes we will be filming..

But this content will not be available to Target members free...that would dilute the people who attend the camp...

So if you want to see what happens there you will need to attend.

Good to see so many of you join this early FYI, looking very much to meeting you all in person.

Well seeing Muriel Anderson's name on the list made my heart stop a beat......BIG temptation there.....

It all sounds awesome, it's great to see you so enthousiastic about it Neil and I'm sure it'll all come together!

Hey Matt,

I wasn't meaning to suggest that those of us that don't attend should get stuff that others are paying for. It would, however, be nice to share in the vibe a little by seeing faces of TG folk (who are happy to be on film) and getting a sense of what you're all up to. No doubt seeing you all having a ball will add extra incentive for those of us that can't be there this time to get there another time.

Oh absolutely Michelle...we will indeed be sharing some "spots"...and of course run a TG live for a bit..

The core material and trainings from Neil and other teachers wont be available thats what I meant..

Hope you can make it to the next one, if we do it again.

Cheers

Al Stewart! Twist my arm, man!

I had a feeling about that, must have been something Neil said.

How to get there...
