THE DAY AFTER
Uff! It is the day after and I am decompressing and catching up with some sleep. It was a very intense and wonderful time spend wallowing in sweet sounds and beautiful voices (theirs!) and in warm friendship shared in beautiful settings with much laughter and deep conversations. TG makes for wonderful friendships. Vanessa and Corina are truly beautiful people. It was like spending 4 days in a warm embrace.
Our first evening was spent together non-stop talking, 15 to the dozen, and eating at the lake and swimming in the warm waters until the sun went down and then jamming with perfect weather. Corina and Ness were soaking in the beauty of Zürisee in summer and floating on the Chardonnay Gespritztes we were drinking. Next day we were in my garden playing through so many songs and just going with the flow. We will be posting videos as we get time to process them. In the evening the weather broke and we had showers but were stil able to go to the open air cinema at the lake for a great film, Man Up, and a perfect evening. Thursday morning was spent in the garden playing more songs before driving up to Amden which is the 2nd mountain on the left as you drive up away from Zürisee and where I used to live. We wanted to film some songs in a mountain setting. Amden is a very special place and although there were clouds covering the complete sky all the way there and around us, we were in sunshine again as is so often the case there with its special micro-climate. The views are breath-taking.
Friday was departure day spend at the lake swimming, sunbathing and.... yep, more songs. this time Vanessa played endlessly and I pretty much lay back and soaked it all in. Finally around 5 PM the girls had to leave for their 8 drive back to Amsterdam. None of us wanted it to end.
And now its time to soak it all in and return to earth orbit. I think the vids and pics will speak for themselves.

Several comments:
1) Lovely videos. The notion of a TG guitar camp in Zurich is appealing.
2) Loved the Justin Bieber joke earlier in this thread. My wife gave me a quizzical look as I laughed out loud
3) One of those videos reminded me of a trip I took to Norway last summer.
